Final Thoughts on NBTA 2010

Flight fees like baggage, upgrades, seats, airline club charges and on-board fees can all be tracked in the Airline Fee Type code in the Expense Entry of Concur Travel & Expense.

The feature must be configured by your program administrator, but once it is configured it is available for all employees.

You’ll find the Airline Fee Type Code in the Add Forms to Fields page on the Forms and Fields page. You can also find it in Audit Rules, for the Entry Data Object.

Find more details by logging in to Concur Client Central and locating the Concur Travel & Expense Release Notes 2010 (PDF book) in Technical Documentation. You’ll find further instructions and explanation on page 142 or by searching “airline fee” in the PDF’s search box.

"When an expense report is filed with Concur Travel & Expense, ancillary fees are automatically defined"

I would really love to know how to enable this feature in CTE. Please contact me.
