"What I would say really is you can’t beat the speed of pay that we’ve done. That’s one big thing that everyone’s going to want to have because they always want to get reimbursed yesterday. So, speed of pay, compliance, probably the reporting, those three are the big ones, compliance, reporting and then speed of pay. Those three are paramount for me and I don’t see how you can possibly improve your program unless you do automate. I really don’t see it. Paper is just not the way of the world any more."
"We’re using Concur Intelligence and that enables us to pull in all this information and slice and dice the way we want and we get the reports that we need."
"On demand allows me to work on the road, I can turn in my expense report when I get home right away and not have to spend months waiting, letting things sit for a while but I can get it done right away. I can do it on the road online or I can do it at Concur Mobile, so it just helps quite a bit to do that."
"I’ve had a good experience with Concur’s story. I haven’t had issues, I mean there’s always hiccups with different things. There are bound to be no matter what you do there’s always going to be difficulties with something but overall it works and it does what I need it to do. It’s completely changed our culture in a sense that we’re not all doing different things now. We actually have something globally that works for everyone and everyone can get paid more quickly, they can use the standardized policy at least to the extent of the law. And they know what is expected of them really I mean with the audit rules they see the red flag that says ‘ok I’m out of policy, I spent too much money on dinner.’ They know and people learn from that, from experience. They don’t learn by just telling them, they learn from experience."
"The most important thing that I would say is I have always been very well treated by account management, by implementation. That’s something that I relied on especially because I need to have, like I said I need that face to face or I need to have that relationship. I’m that kind of person. So, I’ve always, I’ve never found somebody at Concur that I didn’t get along with or that I didn’t find some value in what they had to say to me about our program or what we needed to do. I just talked to my account manager out in the hall about doing an audit of our program to see where we are, if we can improve it better so that’s the one thing that I like about it. I’ve never had a problem with being able to get hold of people."
