Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations and refunds will be provided at 50 percent from November 1 - January 8, 2010. Cancellations will be accepted, but no refunds will be given on or after January 9, 2010. Company substitutions will be allowed. All inquires must be sent to Fusion@concur.com.
